How the System Works
- Manual Bearing Loading: The operator manually loads the bearing onto the selected horizontal or vertical fixture.
- Manual Size Setting: The fixture guides and locating arrangement are manually adjusted according to the bearing OD and width.
- Position Selection: The operator selects the required Horizontal or Vertical Marking Mode through the HMI.
- Automatic Horizontal Positioning: The selected fixture automatically moves horizontally to the predefined laser marking position using a pneumatic cylinder-driven sliding mechanism.
- Automatic Focal Length Adjustment: The servo-controlled Z-axis automatically positions the laser head at the required focal distance according to the selected job parameters.
- Laser Marking: The bearing is marked automatically according to the programmed marking data.
- Return to Loading Position: After completion of marking, the fixture returns to the operator-accessible position.
- Manual Unloading: The operator manually removes the finished bearing and loads the next component.
