Founder's Message
Pranav Parikh serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Karvi Engineering & Consultancy and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Since assuming leadership in 2018, he has guided the organization through a strategic transformation, strengthening its engineering capabilities, expanding operational efficiency, and positioning the company as a reliable partner for industrial engineering solutions.
With more than fourteen years of multidisciplinary industrial experience, Pranav combines deep technical expertise with strong operational leadership. His professional background spans engineering design, manufacturing technology, industrial automation, systems development, and global project execution across international markets including Europe, the Middle East, East Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining Karvi Engineering & Consultancy, Pranav held a senior engineering leadership role at General Electric (Power Services division), where he led engineering delivery supporting both Indian and global markets. During this time, he established offshore engineering support capabilities, implemented strategic cost optimization initiatives, and developed scalable engineering models that improved operational efficiency and delivery performance for complex global projects.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Alstom and within the Schaeffler Group ecosystem, where he contributed to advanced manufacturing technology programs, special machine development, and multinational engineering design initiatives. These experiences provided him with deep insight into global manufacturing systems, industrial automation technologies, and engineering program execution.
Pranav’s areas of expertise include Special Purpose Machine (SPM) development, re-engineering and performance optimization, generator service solutions, technology transfer, manufacturing modernization, and enterprise-wide quality system implementation. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex engineering projects from concept development to full execution while strengthening operational efficiency and manufacturing capabilities.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering From the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
